📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of alumina refining equipment, including but not limited to digesters, settlers, and clarifiers.
• Monitor and record process parameters using advanced software like SCADA systems and process control software.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks on equipment and infrastructure.
• Support laboratory analysis and quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to operational activities.
• Participate in safety drills and maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and procedures.
• Learn and understand the environmental impact of operations and contribute to sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets and improve process efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or diploma holder in Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of alumina refining processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and process control software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
