Sentral Gita Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista/Cashier to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. As a Cashier, you will handle all financial transactions and ensure a smooth and efficient service. This is an immediate opening, so if you are passionate about the coffee industry and customer service, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.,Handle all cash transactions and process credit/debit card payments accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs and concerns.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.,Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in training new staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Barista, Cashier, or in a similar role is preferred.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods is a plus.,Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
