📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Ensure smooth operations of the store, including cash handling, customer service, and sales transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.,Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits of the store to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Proven ability to manage inventory and ensure stock accuracy.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent, with further education preferred.
