As the Executive Governance Director in PT Governance Solutions Indonesia headquartered in Pangkal Pinang, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our governance strategy, overseeing compliance with regulatory standards, and managing risks to safeguard our stakeholders' interests.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement governance policies, conduct regular audits, and ensure that our operations align with best practices in corporate governance. You will also drive initiatives to enhance ethical practices and foster a culture of accountability within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee risk management activities, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to the organization.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of governance, risk management, and compliance programs.
• Lead the development and implementation of ethical leadership initiatives to foster a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate with senior management to align governance strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on governance performance metrics to the board of directors.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures related to governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to the board of directors and senior management on governance-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Certification in Corporate Governance (e.g., CPA, CISA, or CGMA) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in a regulatory environment or with international standards.
• Familiarity with governance, risk management, and compliance software such as SAP GRC, IBM Security Governance Risk and Compliance, or similar tools.
