In this role, you'll manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our in-house Property Management System (PMS) and booking platform. You'll also coordinate with our housekeeping, concierge, and restaurant teams to ensure every detail of our guests' stay is perfect. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest reservations and bookings using our PMS and booking platform
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and restaurant teams to meet guest requests and ensure a seamless stay
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and files
• Assist with front desk operations, including managing key cards, room assignments, and billing
• Promote our property and services to guests and potential guests
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, reservations, or related hospitality roles
• Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and booking platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali, including compliance with local labor laws
