📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's client base.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.,Monitor client accounts to ensure that they are meeting or exceeding performance targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, both in person and over the phone.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network with peers and learn from experts.,Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts and business performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.,Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and responsibilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Passion for healthcare and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
