📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule posts on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).,Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media activities and provide insights to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proficient in using social media platforms and analytics tools.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
