• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, mortgage brokers, and individual clients to drive mortgage sales and achieve targets.
• Leverage your expertise in mortgage products and regulations to provide exceptional customer service and secure favorable loan terms.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote our mortgage offerings and ensure clients have access to the most competitive and suitable financing solutions.
• Work closely with underwriting and risk management teams to streamline the loan application process and maintain high standards of compliance and quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our mortgage products and services remain competitive and compliant.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on mortgage sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in mortgage lending.
• Represent Bank Danamon at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build our brand and expand our network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage lending, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and underwriting guidelines, particularly in the Indonesian market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess loan applications and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
