📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.,Assist the head chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating delicious and innovative dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international dishes.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
