📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quantity surveys and cost analysis for construction projects.,Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates and reports.,Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Collaborate with project managers and other team members to achieve project goals.,Provide technical advice and support to site teams.,Conduct site inspections and measurements to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a contractor role.,Strong knowledge of construction costing and estimating techniques.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with AWS and other cloud-based tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
