Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational goals.,Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our total rewards programs are competitive.,Work with leadership to design and communicate total rewards programs to employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.,Collaborate with HR partners to ensure consistency and alignment across all total rewards programs.,Participate in employee engagement initiatives and surveys to gather feedback on total rewards programs.,Provide training and support to HR staff on total rewards programs and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a multinational or large organization.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using HRIS and other relevant software.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.,Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.,Knowledge of English is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
