🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in asset management, strategic planning, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative solutions in asset management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools such as SAP, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or asset management (e.g., CAMS) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
