📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the retail sales floor, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.,Assist in stock management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining inventory levels.,Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Assist in the organization and execution of retail events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and well-organized retail space.,Assist in the training of new retail staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic retail sales techniques and strategies.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using retail management software.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
