📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Pramuniaga in managing store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and solutions.,Monitor sales performance and report to the Pramuniaga and management.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.,Participate in store promotions and special events.,Assist in budgeting and financial management of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record in managing store operations and customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
