📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering supplies and equipment.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.,Support the procurement manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.,Conduct vendor evaluations and assist in the selection process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement laws, regulations, and company policies.,Assist in the development and maintenance of procurement-related documentation and reports.,Provide support to the procurement team in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Familiarity with healthcare industry procurement practices is a plus.
