Resto Elsa Auto Service is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. If you have a passion for people and a desire to help build a strong, successful team, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.,Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage employee benefits and compensation, including salary administration and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
