📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to manage and mentor staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.
