Smart Nest Sejahtera is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for helping others. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from home part of the time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax filings.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.,Provide guidance and training to junior accountants and finance team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
