🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration management, real estate, or property development.
• Proven track record of successfully leading integration initiatives and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of real estate and property development processes, including lease administration, property management, and development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Familiarity with real estate software and systems, including ERP systems, property management software, and CRM tools.
• Certification in integration management, project management, or a related field is a plus.
