📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the operation of production machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.,Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet daily and weekly targets.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machines to prevent breakdowns and downtime.,Train and mentor junior machine operators on best practices and safety procedures.,Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and reduce waste.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly to minimize production delays.,Maintain accurate records of machine performance and production data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of managing and maintaining production machines.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
