Duta Maya Health Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support staff.,Develop and implement menu strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.,Plan and execute special events and promotions to attract and retain customers.,Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar establishment.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
