📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough analyses of current warehouse operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline warehouse processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standards in warehouse management.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to warehouse operations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in warehouse management and logistics.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on new processes, tools, and best practices.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to optimize inventory management and procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
