📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software, including ERP and CRM systems.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage and update IT security measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.
• Provide training and documentation to end-users on IT systems and software.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in an agricultural or enterprise environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Proficiency in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
