International Relations Manager

In this role, you will work closely with our team to identify new opportunities, negotiate agreements, and implement strategies that align with our company's vision. You will leverage your extensive network and diplomatic skills to build trust and establish long-lasting relationships. Daily, you'll use tools like Salesforce for relationship management, Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, and Zoom for virtual meetings.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, international organizations, and private sector partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through international partnerships.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and memorandums of understanding.
• Coordinate with local and international teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Represent Global Connect Indonesia at industry events, conferences, and diplomatic functions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of international projects and partnerships.
• Stay updated on international trade policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide diplomatic support to our employees and clients when needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international relations, diplomacy, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with international trade laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
