You will be responsible for managing our warehouse inventory, coordinating with transportation providers, and maintaining our office facilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation coordination.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of office facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
• Develop and implement logistics and facilities policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze logistics and facilities performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage and supervise a team of logistics and facilities staff.
• Participate in company meetings and contribute to the strategic planning process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and facilities management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation logistics.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
