In this role, you will work closely with our Finance Team, using tools like QuickBooks and Excel to manage our financial records.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions, including cash handling and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and process monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Support the Finance Team in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll and benefit statements.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a retail or convenience store environment.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
