📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate and manage ocean export operations, including booking, documentation, and shipping.
- Utilize SAP and Sea-Intelligence to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Monitor shipping schedules and provide updates to clients to ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients regarding the status of their shipments.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with SAP and Sea-Intelligence is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and clean driving record.
