📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent
• Design and deliver employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
• Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
• Support the HR team in recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or training and development
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
