📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment for high-end events, including projectors, screens, sound systems, and lighting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events to ensure seamless operation.
• Collaborate with event planners, catering staff, and other vendors to coordinate technical setups and presentations.
• Provide technical support and training to event staff on the use of AV equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards for AV equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the AV industry.
• Document technical setups and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Assist in the planning and execution of technical aspects of events, including pre-event checks and post-event evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AV technical support or a similar role in the hospitality or events industry.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard AV equipment and software, such as Extron, Crestron, or Biamp.
• Certification in AV systems or relevant technical certifications (e.g., CTS-D, CTS-I, or CEDIA).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with event planning software, such as EventMaster or Cvent.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to AV equipment.
