📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and engage with top-tier KOLs to build strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with our brand’s goals and target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Create and manage content calendars for influencer campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing influencer partnerships.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
